seriously though, how DOES one recycle in an older apartment building like mine? Putting a compost pile thing in my apt. is not really do-able, and we barely have enough space for the garbage/recylcling bins in the side of the building because they're too big for our space.
I'm happy to do my part to save planet earth, but I'd sure like some schooling about a non-lameass way to do it, instead of an eviction or a fine>
