An estimated 1000 protesters marched down to the California Supreme Court (Civic Center Plaza), where oral arguments will be presented tomorrow in an effort to overturn CA Proposition 8. Over 30 vigils are simultaneously happening in California and across the nation; news vans had jockeyed for space at Castro and Market by 1pm today, and traffic was controlled but barely passable at the intersection.
