While Violet didn’t get her drink with the man, Pacino, who was at the Castro for a sold-out screening of his film Wilde Salome, reportedly made quite a splash on the Castro’s red carpet.

As shot by photographer Bill Wilson, Pacino sported a (stylishly?) messy coif and those aviator-style Ray-Bans that are either always or never in fashion, depending on your point of view.

And how was the movie? I asked one attendee. “No comment,” was the response.
