I think cyclists who are really in a big hurry with the "no foot on pavement" rule are most prone to get graphically creamed bigtime.

If you ever see the entitled bike riders of SF you'd know why there are more accidents. They don't obey traffic laws, yet use the streets like car. Like using the car lanes in the Broadway tunnel weaving in and our of traffic and then blowing the red lights. There is clearly a sign that say cars only in the tunnel and there is a separated bike/walk way. Of course using that lane or stopping at red lights might slow them down.

Man, if you're sharing the road with cars and drivers texting or reaching down looking for the roach they just dropped, and you're not looking out or feel like they should look out for you....well, I hope we get that Public Option passed because you'll need it!
