Did you know San Francisco had a mime troupe? Me neither! Even more surprising (or perhaps not surprising at all) is that the troupe is turning 50 years old this week. To celebrate, there will be live music and cocktails at YBCA followed by the troupe’s performance of Ghosts, a satire piece originally created to commemorate the opening of the Moscone Center. I’d ask them what ghosts have to do with the opening of a Mega-Mall Conference Center, but they’re not speaking to me.

When: Thursday, December 10th, 7:30 – 11:30 p.m.
Where: Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (3rd st and Mission)
Cost: FREE, but RSVP via email to: sfmt@ybca.org is recommended.
