  I probably saw them on Tuesday night about 9:45pm on Guerrero between Dorland and 17th. It was raining and I was in a big hurry to catch a bus, but a guy in a rain poncho was sitting on the ground in front of a garage on Guerrero, surrounded by a big pile of women's shoes. He seemed to be sorting through them. The shoes were all in little individual plastic bags....
