What a crock! Kelly Clark is a well known Oregon attorney with an ax to grind against churches. If these alleged assaults took place in California, and this is the first time it has been reported to law enforcement, then the statute of limitations does not apply and the step father can be tried in a California criminal court.
Putting this alleged child abuser in prison is not what Kelly Clark is about though...its all about the money and greed for Clark. Since he was able to win his case in court to make the LDS church disclose where all their money comes from, he will go after more and more of it, wait and see.

My heart bleeds for these brother's and their family. Courage, Integrity, fortitude- that's what is required to put your story out there and hope you can help even one person who is living with the effects of childhood sexual abuse. Clearly, BCT has never experienced abuse. God bless these brothers. Stay strong and know you have helped me.
