I think the Bureau is doing a great job in a really tough economic climate. The idea of advertising closer to unassailable in these conditions. I wouldn't be so hard on the Wharf, either. It may not be everybody's cup of tea, buy it's a lot of fun for a LOT of people. Who doesn't like being near the bay, sea lions, people watching and great views. Hell, I used to absolutely love it when I came here as a tourist.
