Muni is 47 injuries too late for this, it's merely a reactionary response. Each mishap will reveal what other rules drivers and the union break. Muni: "Raise fares, decrease service, next stop: hospital."

Problem: Muni driver blacked out while driving a train.
Proposed Solution: Make sure Muni drivers aren't driving in that one spot where the accident happened.
What if the same driver had blacked out while driving on the street!? Does anyone else see a problem here?
