If you can’t reduce costs, increase income, right? In a bright bit of entrepreneurship, the SF Rec and Parks department hopes to generate income from its constituents’ food fixation. Licensed food vendors may soon be pushing pulled pork sandwiches, etc, in Golden Gate and other city parks near you.
No word yet on mandated compostable flatware and plates.
