Man Kidnapped, Robbed at Gunpoint in Polk Gulch

A man was robbed by two other men who held him at knifepoint as they drove around San Francisco early Monday morning, police said today.

The 32-year-old victim was told to get into a car by two men in their 20s who pulled up to the corner of Polk and Bush streets at 1:45 a.m., police said.

The men drove him around and one of the men pulled out a knife and took his phone, money and debit card, police said.

In the course of the robbery they cut his face before dropping him off and driving away. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment of the cut to his face as well as neck and back pain, police said.

The suspects remain at large.
