24-Year Old Man Identified As Hunters Point Homicide Victim

A 24-year-old man who was fatally shot in San Francisco’s Hunters Point neighborhood late Tuesday night has been identified by the medical examiner’s office.

San Francisco resident Monte Bolmer was found suffering multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body, police said.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of Oakdale Avenue shortly after 11 p.m. and pronounced Bolmer dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made and a motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
