Police arrested a 37-year-old man Thursday afternoon in San Francisco for violating a temporary restraining order, police said.
The man violated the order by taking his 6-year-old son away from a daycare in the 300 block of Eddy Street in a silver Toyota Prius at about 3 p.m., according to police.
The restraining order, which officers served to the man in the morning, was meant to keep him away from his son and 34-year-old wife.
Police said they found the child safe.
