A man was shot in the leg in the Inner Mission neighborhood of San Francisco early this morning, San Francisco Police Department officials said today.
Police received a report of the shooting at 23rd and Shotwell streets at about 12:30 a.m.
A Hispanic man shot another Hispanic man, 28 years old, in the leg with a gun, police said. A friend of the victim transported the man to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries that police said were not life-threatening.
No arrest was made in the case.
