Pedestrian Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries After Mission District Collision

A pedestrian suffered injuries considered life-threatening in a collision with a car in San Francisco’s Mission District this evening, a police spokesman said.

The collision occurred at Duboce Avenue and Valencia Street around 7:30 p.m., police Officer Gordon Shyy said.

The pedestrian was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment, Shyy said.

The driver of the vehicle stopped on Market Street, according to Shyy.
