Officers are responding to a shooting that left one victim dead and another in critical condition in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood this morning, police said.
The shooting was first called in at 5:05 a.m. in the 500 block of Natoma Street across from 7th Street, according to police.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while another was transported to San Francisco General Hospital with life threatening injuries, according to San Francisco police Sgt. Monica McDonald.
Police are investigating the incident and have not released any more information about possible suspects or victims at this time.
