All southbound lanes of U.S. Highway 101 just south of Battery Tunnel in San Francisco have reopened following an injury accident that happened late Monday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Officers responded to a report of an accident on southbound Highway 101 involving an overturned vehicle around 11:40 p.m. Monday, the CHP said.

A Sig-alert was issued at 11:49 p.m. and the roadway reopened shortly before 1 a.m. today, according to the CHP.
