Allegedly Drunk Woman Crashes Into SFPD Patrol Car

Two officers were injured when an apparent drunken driver crashed into their patrol vehicle in San Francisco’s Mission District Sunday night, according to police.

A 24-year-old woman driving a silver Chrysler hit the officers around 10:45 p.m. at Albion and 16th streets, according to police.

The woman got out of the car and ran away on foot, but the officers caught up to her and she was arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run and DUI, according to police. The woman’s name was not immediately being released by police.

The two officers suffered minor injuries in the crash, including wrist and leg pain, police said.
