Victims Of Mid-Day Shooting Refuse To Cooperate With Police

A teenager and an adult who were injured in a shooting in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood this afternoon are refusing to cooperate with investigators, a police spokesman said.

Officers responded to a shooting near the intersection of Keith Street and Fairfax Avenue at about 3:30 p.m., according to San Francisco police Officer Gordon Shyy.

Officers found the two victims suffering from gunshot wounds not considered life-threatening. Both are expected to survive, according to Shyy.

Both victims have refused to cooperate with the police investigation, Shyy said.

No suspect information has been released and the motive for the shooting remains under investigation, Shyy said.
