Firefighters controlled a fire in a three-story home in San Francisco’s Bayview District this morning, according to the fire department.
The fire at 66 Ardath Court, a small dead-end street off of Hudson Avenue, was reported at 7:53 a.m.
The fire appears to have started in the first floor of the three-story house, according to the fire department. It was declared under control at 8:31 a.m.
The fire was contained to the first floor but displaced a family of four who lived there. The American Red Cross is assisting them with other accommodations, according to the fire department.
