Suspect On The Loose After Tenderloin Stabbing

A male is in critical but stable condition this morning after being stabbed in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood, police said.

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 100 block of McAllister Street, which is near Leavenworth, at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, Sgt. Eric O’Neal said.

When officers arrived, they found a male suffering from a stab wound to the neck, according to O’Neal.

O’Neal said the victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital and was in critical but stable condition.

The suspect remains at large and the incident is under investigation.
