Man Shot Near Baker And Hayes

A 28-year-old man was shot in the arm in San Francisco’s North of Panhandle neighborhood on Tuesday night, police said.

The shooting was reported at 11:41 p.m. in the 300 block of Baker Street, which is between Fell and Hayes Streets.

A man in his 30s approached the victim, who was standing on the sidewalk, shot him in the arm and ran away, police said.
The shooter was last seen fleeing on Hayes Street, police said.

The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, according to police.

He is not cooperating with investigators, police said.
