BART is reporting delays of about 15 minutes this morning because of a train that became disabled at the Balboa Park station.
As of 8:05 a.m., that train had been moved off the tracks, but a BART employee said commuters should expect residual delays of about 10 minutes for trains passing through San Francisco.
