A man was injured in a stabbing in San Francisco’s Bayview District early this morning, a police spokesman said.
The stabbing was reported at 5:57 a.m. in the 1500 block of Revere Avenue.
Officers responding to a report of a fight found the victim suffering from stab wounds to his arm and torso, police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said.
The victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not life-threatening, Esparza said.
A 35-year-old man was detained after the stabbing, according to Esparza, who did not immediately have more information about the case.
