A teen boy escaped from a juvenile detention center in San Francisco this evening, police said.
The escape happened between 6:30 and 7 p.m. at the Juvenile Justice Center in the 300 block of Woodside Avenue, police said.
Police are continuing to search for the 17-year-old escapee tonight.
