A one-alarm fire woke up residents early Christmas morning at an apartment building in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood, a fire dispatcher said.
The blaze was reported around 5:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of Potrero Avenue near 23rd Street, the dispatcher said.
