A big, boring holiday film that you’ll love if you like big, boring holiday films and probably won’t love if they’re not your bag! I don’t know what to say — romcoms appear to be dying off but we’ll probably never be rid of the holiday spectacular garbage because everyone needs something to see with their families on Thanksgiving. I mean, what are we supposed to do? Talk to our parents? Lol.
Blue Is the Warmest Color – Embarcadero
There’s a lot of controversy surrounding this film about lesbians doing it a lot. I think it’s because the director is a real shit ass? Anyway, it’s still very beautifully shot and a tender coming of age tale of first love and all that jazz. SO YOU MUST DECIDE FOR YOURSELF: See a probably pretty decent art house a straight old man made about lesbian girls or just watch Bound at home for the 15th time. YOUR CALL.
