One person was hospitalized after a collision between a San Francisco Municipal Railway light-rail vehicle and a car near AT&T Park this morning, a Muni spokesman said.
The collision was reported at 10:28 a.m. at Third and King streets, Muni spokesman Paul Rose said.
A car turned left in front of an N-Judah light-rail vehicle and was hit by the LRV, Rose said.
Two people inside the car initially said they were injured, but only one was taken to a hospital, according to Rose. That person’s injuries were not considered life-threatening, he said.
No one on the Muni train was hurt, he said.
Muni vehicles on the N-Judah and T-Third lines were switching back at Embarcadero and Harrison Street while authorities investigated the crash, Rose said shortly before 11 a.m.
