Driver In Richmond District Hit-And-Run Nabbed By SFPD

A 59-year-old woman was taken into custody in connection with a hit-and-run collision in San Francisco’s Richmond District early this morning, police said.

Officers responded at 3:13 a.m. to California Street and Eighth Avenue and found the victim suffering from a head injury considered life-threatening, according to police.

The woman driving the suspect vehicle, a white van, was later detained. Police have not yet released further details about the case.
