Firefighters brought a one-alarm fire at a shop in San Francisco’s Chinatown district under control this morning, according to a fire dispatcher.

The fire at 802 Clay St., near Portsmouth Square Plaza, was reported shortly after 3 a.m. and was brought under control within 45 minutes, a fire dispatcher said.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation this morning.
