Weekend Homicide Victim Identified

A man who was fatally shot in San Francisco’s Bayview District on Sunday afternoon has been identified by the medical examiner’s office as 30-year-old Otto Brown.

Brown, a San Francisco resident, was shot at about 3:05 p.m. in the 700 block of Kirkwood Avenue. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

No one else was hit by the gunfire, according to police.

No arrests had been made as of this morning, police said.
