BART service has been disrupted by a small fire near the Richmond BART yard, a transit agency employee said.
As of 1:50 p.m., there was no service to the Richmond, El Cerrito del Norte and El Cerrito Plaza stations, the employee said.
She said the fire was out and service is expected to resume shortly.
