Low clouds and drizzle this morning have caused flights to be delayed by up to an hour at San Francisco International Airport, a duty manager said.

Arriving flights were between 30 minutes and an hour behind schedule as of 10 a.m., airport duty manager Chuck Navigante said.

Most of this morning’s early departures left on time, though flights scheduled to depart later in the day are expected be an hour or more late, Navigante said.

Travelers are advised to check with individual airlines to get the most updated flight information.

The wet weather was not affecting air traffic at Oakland and Mineta San Jose international airports.
