San Francisco topped the list of the most romantic destinations in North America in a recent web listing.
According to the travel dating website MissTravel.com, San Francisco has some 3,204 trips planned from the beginning of June through the end of August, followed by 3,132 trips planned to New York, which was second on the list.
The website pairs people who want to travel with a companion as an alternative way to date.
Based on 24,340 trips planned on the site for travel dates between June 1 and Aug. 31 it was determined that San Francisco was the most popular destination.
Other top romantic getaways include Miami, Las Vegas, Toronto, Los Angeles, Orlando, Dallas, and Honolulu, according to the site’s survey.
