“A man.” That’s the extent of the description?

Half the adults in San Francisco are men. How can the public help you find him with this description?

There have been quite a number of bank robberies at this branch, and at the Wells Fargo a few doors down. Maybe we could get the city to collect some money, and they could pay some armed professionals to do something called, hmm what is it “patrolling” , um “Guarding” maybe…oh I got it – POLICING the area a bit more or maybe catch one of these clowns. then we could get the DA to do something called “prosecution” of said criminal, and they could be sent to a place called a “Jail.”

Ah, wait, this is SF where we celebrate these little dears. My mistake.

The banks can well afford all of the extra inside the premises security that they think they need.
