shooting_nighttime.jpgA man survived being shot multiple times in San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley neighborhood late Monday night, police said today.

The shooting was reported at 11:18 p.m. in the 3300 block of San Bruno Avenue.

The 22-year-old victim was approached by a suspect who shot him multiple times, including in the head, torso and arms, according to police.

The victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening, police said.

The suspect fled and was still at large this morning.
