When we asked you your thoughts on State Senator Mark Leno’s proposal to let certain California businesses provide beverage service until 4 a.m., we wondered which ones of you would be on Team Chuck Nevius or Team Donna Sachet.

And now we have our answer — you guys are a little of both.

While the answer “FINALLY. Please let’s do this.” won by 44%, 20% of you thought the proposal was a rotten idea.

Then there were the 32% of you who just want folks to hold it down as they leave the bar, no matter what time it is.

Finally, we have our “other” votes. A favorite: the person who responded “it is a fine thing to throw up at 5 am.”

Yes. Yes it is.
