The car hit the side of the three-story building in the 1200 block of Hawes Street around 3:55 a.m., fire spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said.
The driver — described only as “female” — fled after crashing into the building’s siding and creating a hole, police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said.
No injuries were reported, Esparza said.
