Giants FanFest
On Saturday, the 20th annual KNBR 680 Giants FanFest will take place between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. at AT&T Park. An attendance of more than 35,000 participants is expected.
Terry Francois Boulevard between 3rd and Mission Rock streets will be closed between 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Motorists should expect delays on all bridges and freeways leading into San Francisco for at least two hours before the start of the event and for at least two hours after the end of the event. Fans attending the event are encouraged to take public transportation.
Muni customers may purchase their fare in advance at the following locations during the time specified:
?? Embarcadero Metro Station 7 to 10 a.m.
?? AT&T Park 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
One Billion Rising Event
On Thursday, from 4 to 6 p.m., One Billion Rising Against Violence to Women will take place at City Hall, Polk Street side.
Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place between McAllister and Grove streets will be closed from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
No Muni bus service will be affected.
