Lt. Jennifer Welch said police believe the men are responsible for several auto burglaries in Novato and other jurisdictions.

Police responded to the auto burglary around 3:30 p.m. Monday, Welch said.

A witness’s description of the suspects’ vehicle, a dark, 4-door sedan, is the same that was provided during previous vehicle burglaries at Vintage Oaks Shopping Center on Vintage Way and the Hamilton Market Place on Nave Drive, Welch said.

Police are investigating nine auto burglaries at the two shopping areas in Novato, Welch said.

A Marin County sheriff’s deputy saw the suspects’ vehicle traveling south on U.S. Highway 101 and stopped the vehicle near Mill Valley, Welch said.

The suspects were positively identified and arrested for auto burglary, conspiracy and possession of stolen property.

Police identified them as Baxter Demarree Bradley, 20, Kevin Lamarr Lewis Jr., 22, and Anthony Galasi, 22.

Welch said the investigation is continuing.
