monopoly_money.jpgA woman in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond District has been sporting a $1 million smile since she claimed her lottery winnings Friday morning, California Lottery officials said.

Li Hua Huang, who lives in San Francisco with her husband and two kids, came into the local lottery office to claim her prize after purchasing four $10 Scratchers tickets at a store near her home, lotto officials said.

She had won a free ticket on the fourth and the fifth ticket was a winner–worth $1 million.

Huang, who runs two nail salons, claimed her winnings with friends who told lotto officials she is always smiling now.

Her daughter turned 3 years old Saturday and might be expecting some additional presents following her mother’s big win.

Huang bought the winning ticket at Balboa Liquor and Deli at 3524 Balboa St.

The retailer will receive $5,000 for selling the ticket.
