policeblotter_sfa.jpgA man working at a Mission District pharmacy was shot during an attempted robbery this evening, according to San Francisco police.

The robbery was reported at 6:34 p.m. in the 3600 block of Cesar Chavez Street, which is near Guerrero.

Two suspects approached the man and attempted to rob the pharmacy, police said. They shot the man in the leg and fled in a car driven by a third suspect.

The man was taken to a hospital with injuries not considered life threatening.
