Officers responded at 1:51 a.m. Sunday to a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of Eddy Street. They arrived to find Cruz, a San Francisco resident who had been stabbed with a knife, police said.

This is frustrating in its scarcity. Only the victim’s name and age is reported. Nothing specific is revealed about anything. SF Appeal could do better.
