One man was killed and a second injured in a shooting in San Francisco’s Mission District on Wednesday evening, police said today.

A 19-year-old man, identified by the medical examiner’s office as Cesar Bermudez, was shot shortly before 6:20 p.m. in the 2800 block of Harrison Street and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

A second victim was also struck by the gunfire and was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for injuries that are not considered life-threatening, police said.
No arrests have been made in the case.
