A man was fatally shot in San Francisco’s Mission District early this morning, according to police.
San Francisco police received reports of a shooting near the intersection of 20th Street and South Van Ness Avenue at 12:02 a.m.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced deceased, according to police.
No suspects are in custody and the shooting remains under investigation, police said.
