One person was treated for smoke inhalation after firefighters doused a single-alarm fire on the second floor of a home in San Francisco’s Sunnydale neighborhood this morning, according to the fire department.
Firefighters were called to the 1800 block of Sunnydale Avenue at 8:13 a.m. and saw flames coming from a second-floor window in the rear of the building.
Fire crews controlled blaze, which was confined to one room, at 8:25 a.m. The civilian who suffered from smoke inhalation was transported to a hospital, a fire official said.
