shooting_nighttime.jpgA man was critically wounded in a shooting at a bus stop in San Francisco’s Bayview District on Saturday afternoon, police said.

The shooting was reported at 3:43 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Third Street and Gilman Avenue.

The 18-year-old victim was at the bus stop when two suspects approached and at least one opened fire, according to police.

The victim was struck in the lower back and leg and was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are considered life-threatening, police said.

The suspects, described as two men in their 20s, fled and had not been found as of this morning, according to police.
