7:14 PM: BART passengers are facing 15-minute, system-wide delays this evening, hours after two incidents at separate locations occurred, a dispatcher said.
Passengers traveling from San Francisco to the East Bay have been experiencing delays due to a train with an equipment problem that was stopped in the Transbay Tube, a dispatcher said.
The delays began at 5:08 p.m., he said. At about 7 p.m., passengers were still dealing with late trains.
A trackside-equipment issue at the MacArthur Station also caused delays in all directions from that station. Those delays began at about 4:45 p.m., the dispatcher said.
6:49 PM: BART passengers traveling from San Francisco to the East Bay are experiencing 15-minute delays this evening due to a train that is stopped in the Transbay Tube due to an equipment problem, a dispatcher said.
The delays began at 5:08 p.m., he said.
There is another delay at the MacArthur Station due to a trackside-equipment issue. There are 10-minute delays in all directions from that station. Those delays began at about 4:45 p.m., the dispatcher said.
