sfpd_squad.jpgA woman was head-butted and pushed out of her own car in San Francisco’s Mission District on Saturday night, police said today.

The incident was reported at 8:06 p.m. Saturday near 26th and Lilac streets.

The 49-year-old victim was in a car driven by an acquaintance when the pair got into an argument, according to police.

The suspect, believed to be in his 40s, head-butted the victim, pushed her out of the car and drove away, police said.

The car had not been found as of this morning and the suspect remained at large, according to police.

The victim suffered swelling to her forehead but her injuries are not considered life-threatening.
