San Francisco firefighters responded to a grass fire at Inspiration Point in The Presidio early this morning, according to fire dispatchers.
At 1:54 a.m. fire dispatchers received a call reporting a fire near Arguello Boulevard and the Presidio Golf Course in The Presidio.
Firefighters arrived on scene at about 2:05 a.m. and had the grass fire under control by 3:55 a.m.
One firefighter was transported to the hospital, possibly due to exhaustion, a fire dispatcher said.
The fire did not harm any structures or residents of The Presidio and the cause of the grass fire remains under investigation.
